We ship performer recumbents in a kit form, based in that it’s hard to find a local recumbent dealer across Canada and recumbents are expensive. Many of our customers are new to recumbent trikes. So, we have kept the prices very competitive by shipping them in kit form.
Shipping a Performer trike to you will Require Assembly. All Performers are available in a Kit form with everything you need to finish building your trike. The trike comes partly built with everything you need to complete the build including the tools; access to You tube videos, build manual and even help via Facetime/Messenger with us if needed.
This helps in save costs which is passed on to you! Of course if you are local you can come in for a test ride and pick it up here. We do add an up charge to build the trike locally and fit it to you if you pick it up.

Hero - 26" Rear wheel, Higher Seat
A Performer Hero, with its higher seating position can give you the confidence to ride safer and more comfortable.
JC 20” – smaller wheel base;
The JC20 is a solid performer that will do what you ask of it. The 27 speed comes with a FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) seat base with a cushion mesh to settle back into. And if you want a full-mesh seat experience, that’s available as well.
JC 70 – longer, Bigger rear wheel, faster, (Best seller)
The JC70 take up where the JC20 leaves off. The wheelbase is 10cm longer, you can slip a 700c wheel on the rear, plus the seat angle is different.
JC 26 X -Larger wheel with rear suspension
The JC-26X introduces rear suspension into the model range. Along with this there are a wide range of choices within the 3 categories of across the 27 speed, 30 speed, Deore.
JC 26 “F” – 26" rear wheel folding trike
Pure convenience. Fold your trike, put it in the back seat of the car, or the trunk. Then you can head out through the metropolis straight to the trailhead or the meetup point.

You put it together from $2675 Cad to $3299 Cad Includes currency Exchange, Import shipping and Duty, (local & GST Taxes not included). Yes, ready to build kits can be shipped across Canada. *Fully built trikes from our shop are also available, pick up only - NO Shipping. *building charge applied We Import Performers via N.A./ USA Distributor - RBR Bikes.
Assembly is required for these products. Although we have instructional videos and such, we strongly encourage you to have a local bike shop assemble these bike and trike products for you. Of course there will be a fee from the bike shop to assemble and tune it, but that’s why we try to keep the initial pricing so low. Unless you know how to cut chain, tune derailleurs, perform toe-in adjustment, you should consider having the professionals do it. Unless you are a bike mechanic or experienced working on your own bikes, getting help is the best way to go.
Returns FYI:
All Sales are Final. Once a bike / trike is delivered WE DO NOT Accept returns. Be very sure when ordering; because once it's in the country it's yours. That said, it does has a Five Year Warranty. If there is any thing amiss from the factory / distributor, whether damaged or missing; Performer / Renu Cycle will work hard to get your ride up to Factory Specification.
